Description of operation

  • Identification of the most relevant issues and risks in the area of online scams, with analysis of educational activities carried out by banking players in Italy and abroad.
  • Insight into the educational-informative potential of podcasts: a versatile, accessible and engaging tool that stimulates debate and an emotional connection with listeners.
  • Coaching and support for briefing, text tracks linked to guests and experts (Nexi and Postal Police), and coordination with host and author Massimliano Dona, Mastercard and the Will Media production team.
  • Participation in recordings, control edit for fine tuning of content and making short cuts for social media use

Results

  • At the launch of the activity and the 1st episode, several dozen articles published in major national newspapers, offline and online.
  • 86,000 views on YouTube for the 1st episode more than three months after online, 67000 for the 2nd more than two months after online, 45000 for the 3rd one month after online, and 4900 for the 4th one week after online.

Through this activity, Nexi has expanded its commitment to social responsibility in an engaging way fostering the protection of consumers, while consolidating its corporate reputation.
