Filippo Sciacca
CHIEF SUSTAINABILITY OFFICER & FOUNDER
After a consolidated experience in strategic marketing with large multi-national corporations, in 2001 he chose to dedicate his professional life to sustainable development. In 2002 he founded Comart, sustainable marketing agency; in 2010 he conceived the Socio-Territorial Marketing model that creates sustainable proximity actions. In 2019 all of these experiences converged in Sustenia.
Vittorio Pentimalli
Stakeholder Strategist
He began his professional activity as a qualitative and quantitative researcher. Owner and CEO of MdS Consulting Srl, a research institute registered with Esomar, he worked with multinationals in the automotive and IT sectors in Customer satisfaction, Customer experience, Brand equity surveys. He also developed climate analysis detection models. In recent years he has approached sustainability issues and in Sustenia he mainly deals with the development of sustainability strategies, stakeholder engagement and storytelling.
Enrico Demaria
Energy Management
He worked first in Ferrero Trade Marketing, then in consultancy and management roles within multinational marketing research companies such as GPF and Kantar, part of the WPP Group. He has been involved in innovation, brand management and customer intelligence for some time, collaborating with the main Italian players. In recent years he dedicated himself to the issues of sustainability and circular economy with a focus on the energy efficiency of companies, renewable energy and energy communities.
Giulio Valiante
Impact Investment Advisor
His career began in Marketing at Henkel and continued in Barilla with the role of Worldwide Commercial Development Manager. In 1999, as Co-founder of Buongiorno Vitaminic SpA, he began his experience in digital economy. Since 2008, as a Business Angel he contributed to the birth and development of some of the most promising Italian companies. He supports Sustenia in innovation and ESG processes.
Irene Dones
CLIENT & COMMUNICATION MANAGER
Her professional activity in the world of communication began at Pirella Goettsche and continued at JWT with the management of multinational clients in the consumer goods sector: Kraft, Unilever, Warner Lambert. Then, still within the WPP Group, she joined the start-up of a new ethnic marketing agency, Etnocom, managing its Milan office. At the same time, she carried out Corporate Fundraising and management activities as a volunteer for the companies involved in the construction project of the Pediatric Surgery Center in Uganda: this experience brings her closer to sustainability issues. In Sustenia she deals with Client & Project management.
Daria D’Angelo
Client & Project Manager
With an education that combines languages and social communications, after a journalistic experience she approached the world of advertising by joining Ammirati Puris Lintas, which became Lowe Lintas Pirella Goettsche, and continued in DLVBBDO: over the years she mainly managed brands of large multinational companies (i.e. Unilever, Nestlé, Henkel, Mars, Bayer, P&G). She then moved to M&C Saatchi where she approached the world of banks (UniCredit, Buddybank, Banca Generali, BMW Financial Services, Nexi), coordinated the De’ Longhi hub and also followed two campaigns for CoReVe, to raise awareness and inform the public in about the importance of glass recycling. At Sustenia she deals with scenario and prospect analysis and client management.
Maddalena Capra
SUSTAINABLE MARKETING LUXURY
She gained long and diversified professional experience in the supply chain of the Pomellato Group (part of the French Kering Group), managing substantial budgets, dealing with the start-up of new functions, improving processes and reorganizing departments. Thanks to her experience and flexibility, she was entrusted with building the Sustainability function of the Pomellato Group. In the last 5 years of her tenure she was dedicated to developing and implementing the Sustainability Strategy, in agreement with the Pomellato Group management committee and the Kering Group Sustainability department. In Sustenia she manages prospects and customers from the luxury world.
Dalia Colomba
Legal project manager
Her professional activity started as an expert in banking law, always with an eye on corporate law as a whole and the desire to get away, over time, from the Courtroom. Over the years, while working as legal counsel, she increases a set of cross-cutting skills, supported by master’s degrees in legal project management, legal design, and ESG topics, which allowed her to tackle challenges concerning the entire business. Thus she enters the consulting world, dealing with issues related to ESG topics in their regulatory compliance. At Sustenia, she helps companies assess ESG risks and opportunities, such as evaluating the environmental impact of business operations, employee management practices, and reputational risks.
